We provide free parking on premises for a seamless and stress-free arrival and departure experience. Some locations can accommodate up to six cars
Some accommodations are located just a few blocks away from the water, allowing you to enjoy endless sun and sand adventures during your stay
One of our accommodations is a short drive/rideshare away from a world-renowned college football stadium
The minimum age requirement for booking is 25. At the time of booking we ask that you put 60% down and the remainder of the balance is due 45 days from your arrival date. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to do holds and kindly recommend you reserve quickly, as the rental properties book up fast.
Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00 pm) but recommend that you don’t arrive too late. If there is something that is unavoidable, please contact us in advance.
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Additionally, you may cancel penalty-free any time before 60 days prior to your arrival date. Thereafter, we will refund 50% (less processing fees) for any cancellation that occurs 30 days prior to your arrival dates. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only to the extent a replacement guest rebooks your dates.
We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our properties.
