We had a wonderful time even with cloudy weather and leaving a couple days early due to the hurricane. The house was perfect for our six adults and 2 young grandchildren. The pool was great to have even with sprinkling rain to keep the kids busy. Our 2 year-old grandson is an avid golfer and loved the putting green. We had a couple needs while there and the response time was super impressive. The hosts are attentive and very friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

What are my booking conditions?
The minimum age requirement for booking is 25. At the time of booking we ask that you put 60% down and the remainder of the balance is due 45 days from your arrival date. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to do holds and kindly recommend you reserve quickly, as the rental properties book up fast.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Additionally, you may cancel penalty-free any time before 60 days prior to your arrival date. Thereafter, we will refund 50% (less processing fees) for any cancellation that occurs 30 days prior to your arrival dates. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only to the extent a replacement guest rebooks your dates.

What if I don’t plan on getting there until late at night?
Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00 pm) but recommend that you don’t arrive too late. If there is something that is unavoidable, please contact us in advance.

Do you allow pets?
We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our properties.
