We had a wonderful stay at David & Karen’s home! Everything was exactly as advertised. Clean, well maintained and well stocked. The pool area was perfect for our large family. The hosts sent us so much info before our arrival that we felt super taken care of and when I had a few silly questions at check in, the response was QUICK! The golf cart was perfect for beach trips and cruising down to dinner at Shipwrecked Raw Bar for dinner. I always cook a full “beach breakfast” each morning and I was pleasantly surprised with the supply and variety of cooking utensils and equipment. We loved the game room for family game nights. The bunk room was a big hit with my granddaughter and your large family will have so much room to spread out and enjoy the property too! The neighborhood was quiet and felt like a community; definitely not a party atmosphere but we LOVED that detail. Thanks again for a great stay. We will be rebooking for our next stay in Port St. Joe.

This was our 5th year in a row for a week-long vacation in the area, and this year was the best stay yet. The house was exactly as described and pictured - bright and clean. David and Karen were great hosts with very proactive communication. We had no issues at all, so we didn’t have to reach out, but based on the messages received during the stay, I know we would have had immediate help. The heated pool was the best part. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Multiple issues with the house. Golf clubs were unusable for the putting green in back yard. Hinge on screened in porch door was ripped off. Cabinet door in kitchen won’t stay shut. Dart board was unusable. Welcome snacks left by host were expired by 5+ months. Rugs were duck taped down because they curl up. Laundry room had strong mildew odor.

Everything was exactly as they described: quick responses to anything, any questions we might’ve had! We had a large Family vacation, and it went smoothly. They gave a lot of recommendations for things to do! Perfect Vacation house

This home is exactly what I was looking for. It is a ways out, but far less crowded than other areas. The house is so well designed and thought out. It had everything we needed and our host just made everything easy from clear and accurate representation of what the property is equipped with, easy entry, easy communication and truly a space for everyone.

I come to the Port St Joe / Mexico Beach area several times a year. This time we chose this place as our big family two week vacation. It is far and in between that you will go to a place and immediately feel comfortable and begin to relax. Our host went out of their way to make sure that we knew about the surrounding events. lastly I want to say that this is one of the very few times that I've stayed ina rental and not have had a single bad experience. Hats off to our host.

Our stay was fantastic! We didn’t want to leave. We loved the amount of space and the pool. The beach was nice and the recommended restaurants were great.
