Dave, co-owner of LuxeSleeps, started his business with a dream of creating an exceptional vacation rental brand by using his experience in corporate client service and his extensive knowledge of finance and construction. His passions lie within the overall strategy of the company, understanding best practices and ensuring that the structure of both partnerships and properties are of the utmost level of quality.

Owner

Karen, co-owner of LuxeSleeps, combines corporate client service experience with a passion for real estate and hospitality. She oversees operations, team management, and property design, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong investment returns. She builds efficient systems, fosters trusted partnerships, and enhances properties through thoughtful design, purposeful amenities, and carefully curated details.

Marketing

Antonia, who manages all marketing for LuxeSleeps draws from her many years of luxury marketing experience for some of the largest hospitality clients in the world. She crafts strategies that build guest loyalty and increase occupancy. Her innovative approach helps strengthen the LuxeSleeps brand, while ensuring that the properties have high occupancy.

Chief Financial Officer & Controller

Doug brings over 30 years of CFO and Controller experience to LuxeSleeps, overseeing financial management, reporting, and long-term planning. He provides strategic insight and practical guidance in cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis, helping LuxeSleeps make informed decisions, maintain strong financial controls, and support sustainable growth.
