Our team consists of seasoned Marketing professionals who know how to take the time and hassle away from our owners. Luxe Property Management takes a strategic approach to market your property. Each property is unique so we research which kinds of guests would prefer your property and then target them through many avenues such as email campaigns, Google ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, and more. We personalize ads and meta descriptions on our platforms to fit your property. On top of that, we also have a growing number of followers on Instagram, and we are active in groups across the country promoting your home. Using dynamic pricing and local knowledge of popular events, we adjust the rates to maximize your return.
We are not a company that is going to charge you for every little cost. If your guests have an issue during their stay, we are on call and respond immediately to their needs. We have a local team in each location that provides all of the properties with quality maintenance. We provide monthly and quarterly maintenance inspections on each property for things like changing the air filter, batteries on the door locks, bug service calls, pool maintenance, etc.
We are in constant contact with our cleaning crews. The properties are checked for quality and proper decor placement after cleanings to be sure it appears exactly as advertised and marketed. During and after cleanings, the properties are checked for damages, trash and maintenance items that need to be addressed. Each property gets a deep clean quarterly.
We work with property owners to block the calendar in plenty of time so as not to impact the busy rental season, which could impact your passive income goals.
Owner statements are provided each month with gross rental income, total expenses, and your profit. In your owner portal on our website, you will be able to access statements and see bookings.
Our contracts protect both of us. We do not have hidden fees. We aim to optimize your profit each month by booking more, adjusting prices daily according to the market, and advertising your home on all platforms possible. We do not drop fees below daily average market prices and will work with you to keep the home booked.
Seller financing is a creative and flexible way to buy property, allowing buyers to purchase directly from owners with high equity by making payments over time. This approach helps buyers avoid traditional bank loans while giving sellers a steady income and a smooth, hassle-free sale at fair market value.

To confirm your booking and secure your desired dates, you are required to make a non-refundable deposit of ‘insert amount’. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival or immediately if your booking is within 30 days of arrival.
In addition, we request a security deposit of ‘insert amount’ at the time of booking to cover any potential damages to the property during your stay. This amount will be temporarily reserved a day or two prior to your arrival and released after your departure, provided that there is no damage. Returning the keys is also necessary, and there is nothing further you need to do if no damage is incurred.
We repair and maintain the property promptly whenever an issue occurs. Our guests must provide ID, sign terms and conditions, and make a security deposit for each stay. Any damages are charged to the guest’s deposit, and we have insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents. Our guests do not have the right to occupy the property and can be removed if necessary. We take good care of the property to maintain hotel standards, making us the perfect tenants.
