Welcome to Seaside Serenity by LuxeSleeps, a luxurious, professionally designed retreat perfect for families and groups. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious home offers the best of island time living, with airy interiors and modern coastal decor.
What You’ll Love:
**Prime Location in the Florida Panhandle – Walk or take the golf carts to the beach in minutes. The public beach access is a little over 2 blocks away - a 5 minute or less golf cart ride. We like to pass the Fire Station then head straight towards the ocean. The golf carts can be parked right across the street from the public beach access. They are not allowed to cross Highway 98 and can only be driven on side streets but if you wish to park on the same side as the beach access your car can be parked on the same side.
**Private Heated Pool – Relax in the sun with loungers, outdoor fans & a grill.
**Spacious & Stylish – Open-concept living, high-end furnishings, and plenty of space to unwind.
**Fully Stocked Kitchen – Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker & all essentials.
**Family-Friendly – Game room with board games, bunkroom, and huge fenced in yard.

**Incredible Restaurants – Downtown Port Saint Joe is a 10 minute drive. It has multiple restaurants we absolutely love. There is one iconic seafood restaurant close enough to take the golf carts to.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Suite – King Bed + Ensuite Bath
Guest Room 2 – King bed + Ensuite Bath (the bathroom also has a hallway entrance)
Guest Room 3 – 2 Queen Beds (Loft is up a more narrow/steep set of stairs as you consider who will sleep up there)
Guest Room 4 – A shared game room space with 1 Twin bed and 1 twin trundle bed underneath
Bunk Room 5 – 2 Twins over 2 Full Bunkbeds (the third full bath is next to the bunkroom and the hallway door can be closed to make the bathroom private to the bunkroom)
Parking: Large driveway fits up to 6 cars or 2 boats + a few cars—rare for beach rentals

Great Place,peaceful and beautiful plus private. David and Karen are great host. All was like the pics. The beach was just a few minutes with the golf carts. Not a lot of people at the beach warm water and white sandy beach. The Hot Tub plus the pool were fantastic. The house has lots of windows which allows the daylight to come in and gives a nice feeling of all the outside surrounding it was Awesome. Lots off room in the house plus the game room. I would comeback again.

The house was perfect, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed—from golf carts and beach accessories to pool floats. The beds were very comfortable, and the owners were quick and helpful when we had a question about the keypad. We made wonderful family memories and will definitely return! ❤️

This was a great place! We have a rather large family and it accommodated us so well. Everyone really enjoyed this house just as much as the beach itself.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Port St. Joe. The rental is wonderful and spacious. We loved having a private pool and two golf carts. Even with on and off weather, we had a lovely week. David and Karen were incredibly responsive and kind, very quick and helpful with instructions.
