Choose what fits your trip: the upstairs Savannah Row Suite, the ground-floor Savannah Breeze Suite, or the Entire House for the whole duplex.
Each private 3-bedroom, 1-bath suite sleeps up to 6 guests. Book the Entire House and you'll have both suites — 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests.
Every suite is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, appliances, kitchenware, linens, WiFi, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Savannah Reserve is a beautifully renovated duplex in Savannah's historic Beach Institute neighborhood, just minutes from the city's historic downtown squares.
There are three ways to book, so you can choose exactly the space that works for your trip:
Savannah Reserve — Entire House
Book both suites together and enjoy the entire duplex, including 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests.
It's a great option for larger groups, reunions, two families traveling together, or anyone who wants the whole property to themselves.
Savannah Reserve — Savannah Breeze Suite
The ground floor - private suite features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and accommodations for up to 6 guests.
With its street-level access and classic Savannah feel, it's an easy and comfortable home base for exploring the city.
Savannah Reserve — Savannah Row Suite
The upstairs - private suite features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and accommodations for up to 6 guests.
It has a bright, breezy feel, beautiful natural light, and a private outdoor catio off the back porch.

We had a great stay at this spot. The accommodations were as described with one caveat about the driveway parking, but we had no problem with street parking (the listing mentions a “few cars” could park in the driveway - we did not find this to be true; one large car and two smaller cars at most could fit in the driveway. The location is perfect…walkable to Forsyth Park and many restaurants. The hosts were responsive and flexible and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it.
