PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY
Angled pull-off driveway, up to 3 vehicles. Approximately 7 steps to front porch. Lock car doors - local black bears are known to open them!
MOUNTAIN ROAD AND WINTER TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Paved road with some winding, moderately steep sections. 4-wheel drive and/or chains required in winter due to snow and ice. No refunds for weather or road conditions. Travel insurance strongly recommended.
MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE
Nestled in the Smoky Mountains - you may encounter ladybugs (Asian lady beetles) seasonally. We treat and clean regularly.

Travel Insurance: Strict cancellation policy applies - travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
**Essentials Provided: Starter pack of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps for your first night. Bring additional supplies for the rest of your stay.
**Water: City water supplied - bottled water recommended.
**Age Requirement: Booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay.
**Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Available for $20/hour, subject to cleaning schedule.

My family loved our stay, the place was clean and exactly as the photos show. They had enough of everything to get us started and instructions were clear. The location was in a peaceful neighborhood that was 30 minutes or so from everything we wanted to do. Loved the view from the sunset deck and would recommend staying here, especially with kids the air hockey table was a big hit!
