* **Open-Concept Living Area:** This spacious and modern area features an 85” Smart TV for entertainment, a plush sectional couch for relaxation, and a dining area. It's perfect for gathering and enjoying time together.
* **Gourmet Kitchen:** Fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a Keurig (carafe & K-Cup), blender, toaster, standing mixer, and tea kettle. It also includes baking essentials, grilling utensils, and glassware for every occasion.
* **Primary Suite:** Boasts a king bed, a desk area, a 55" Samsung TV, an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, and private access to the pool patio.
* **Bedroom 2:** Features a queen bed and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom.
* **Bedroom 3:** Offers two twin beds and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom.
* **Bedroom 4:** Includes a queen bed with poolside views and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom.
* **Bathrooms:** Each bathroom is equipped with a makeup mirror and a blow dryer.

The house was great and we really enjoyed staying there. However, the neighbors kept us up all night with loud music and lights that flooded the master bedroom. We were told there was a strict noise policy for music and noise past 10pm. Looks like that only applies to the Airbnb and not the rest of the neighborhood sadly.

We enjoyed playing pickeball and being able to cool off in the pool. We also really enjoyed watching TV inside. Everything was clean with a lot of fun, special touches (like having snacks, throw blankets, games available for use)

Dave and Karen were always responsive and offering assistance. They were kind and understanding of some changes to our party mix due to a health emergency. The pool was on point, clean and well maintained. The household amenities were everything we needed. Our daughter is a freshman, and we hope to book this property again in the future. Thank you for having such a great place available!

Nice home, well equipped with a few very thoughtful added extras. The temps were 90+ during our stay which made us very thankful for the wonderful pool.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT ! We came out for my nephews wedding. We are all from California. My new niece fell in love with a venue out here so we all flew out. David and Karen’s property was amazing ! It was a first time for the groom and brides family so yes it was hot lol but not at our spot for the stay Hahaa the pool was big and water was warm the backyard was huge and the pickleball court was perfect. My nephew is actually a huge pickleball player like he is a tournament champ back home. But the property was everything and more. Super clean and had everything we needed. We were able to host the brides family and it was the perfect place for it. The aura and energy here was so clean and it felt like home. David and Karen was the perfect hosts and a very nice couple. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back our family enjoyed the Mana here and the people are so nice and welcoming. Southern Hospitality here has got us hooked for sure. Mahalo Alabama. Til next time. 🤙🏾🫶

We came from Wisconsin for our family reunion. The home was close to all of our activities and more. The hosts David and Karen were very responsive and pleasant to rent from.
