Located inside the Eagles Springs Resort area, this newly built (2022) cabin getaway offers an ideal location for all your Smoky Mountains adventures! The rustic modern interior of the 2100 sq/ft 3-level home is perfect for a couple small families, a larger family or group of friends.
When pulling up to the property you are greeted with an angled pull-off driveway that accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Please make sure your doors are locked as the local bears can open car doors!! About 7 steps up to the entry-level front porch area and you'll be ready to begin your Smoky Mountain vacation!
‼️NOTE: The cabin is located on a mountain. The entire road leading to the cabin is paved; however, can be winding and medium steepness on a few parts that may make some drivers feel uncomfortable. These parts are short and should not deter most drivers from reaching the cabin. A 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains will be necessary in the winter months due to ice/snowy conditions, but not necessary during all other months.‼️
‼️NOTE: We are unable to give refunds due to weather or adverse road conditions. We ask that you please purchase the Airbnb travel insurance or a separate travel insurance policy in the case of such events.‼️
‼️NOTE: When coming to the mountains, in every single home here, there are lady bugs and other bugs that will find their way in - as long as you're ok using the vacuum every couple of days to clean them up, please know, they are inevitable! The house is cleaned and they can show up sometimes one hour later. It's not a cleaning issue, it is definitely a mountain/wilderness reason. We are not able to give any refunds or send cleaners again if you need to sweep up bugs, we just don't want anyone to have surprises they may not think about when coming to the mountains‼️
Other things to note
~~ To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Outside of the cancellation policy, No Refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Strict cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
~~NOTE: A separate short-term rental agreement is required to be signed to complete booking your reservation.
~~ NOTE: We provide a starter-pack of paper products (toilet paper & paper towels)
~~ We provide shampoo, conditioner & soaps
~~ NOTE: The cabin is on city water, but we recommend bringing your own bottled water
~~ NOTE: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 for the person reserving the cabin. The person who makes the reservation must be present the entire time during the stay
~~ We can sometimes accommodate early check-in/check-out for an additional $20/hr fee.
