Our house just got an interior design update. The great bones are the same but now with all new plush bedding and looks, a new bunk system with queen mattresses, new artwork, new rugs, some new room layouts, an outdoor TV for the hot tub and more kitchen amenities for your use. Located inside the Eagles Springs Resort area, this newly built (2022) cabin getaway offers an ideal location for all your Smoky Mountains adventures! The modern rustic interior of the 2100 sq/ft 3-level home is perfect for a couple of small families, a larger family or a group of friends.
When pulling up to the property you are greeted with an angled pull-off driveway that accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Please make sure your doors are locked as the local bears can open car doors!! About 7 steps up to the entry-level front porch area and you'll be ready to begin your Smoky Mountain vacation.
‼️NOTE: The cabin is located on a mountain. The entire road leading to the cabin is paved; however, can be winding and medium steepness on a few parts that may make some drivers feel uncomfortable. These parts are short and should not deter most drivers from reaching the cabin. A 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains will be necessary in the winter months due to ice/snowy conditions, but not necessary during all other months.‼️
‼️NOTE: We are unable to give refunds due to weather or adverse road conditions. We ask that you please purchase either Airbnb travel insurance or a separate travel insurance policy that we can also recommend in the case of such events.‼️
‼️NOTE: When visiting the Smoky Mountains, it’s important to know that Asian lady beetles (often called ladybugs) are a natural part of the environment and may occasionally find their way inside, even in the cleanest of homes. To help, we provide two vacuums, including one with a removable, rechargeable hand vacuum for easy cleanup.
Rest assured that our home is treated both inside and out and is thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Despite these efforts, these little visitors may still appear, which is simply a part of mountain living.
We want to set expectations upfront and let you know we are unable to offer refunds or additional cleaning visits for this reason. Thank you for understanding, and we hope you enjoy the unique charm of the Smoky Mountains!‼️
Other things to note
~~ To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Outside of the cancellation policy, No Refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Strict cancellation policy applies to all bookings. We can recommend and provide travel insurance and you can also get it from Airbnb.
~~NOTE: A separate short-term rental agreement is required to be signed to complete booking your reservation.
~~ NOTE: We provide a starter-pack of paper products, shampoo, conditioner & soaps for the first night and you will need to bring your own for the remainder of your stay
~~ NOTE: The cabin is on city water, but we recommend bringing your own bottled water
~~ NOTE: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 for the person reserving the cabin. The person who makes the reservation must be present the entire time during the stay
~~ We can sometimes accommodate early check-in/check-out for an additional $20/hr fee, pending the cleaning schedule for that day
